Replacement Insulation with Scratch Guard™
Upgrade your old insulation!
Replacement insulation with Scratch Guard™ and vapor proof interior. This replacement insulation will work in all older Kitty Tube models that have the Kitty Tube Logo on the side.
The Scratch Guard™ material is extremely durable and is on all interior surfaces. It will virtually eliminate damage from clawing and will considerably reduce condensation from forming in cold temperatures. The Scratch Guard™ materials are also on the optional Double Insulation Assembly.
The Kitty Tube insulation is now easier to remove and clean. The replacement insulation with Scratch Guard™ will lay flat when removed for ease of cleaning. The Scratch Guard™ material on all interior surfaces is also moisture proof, mold proof, mildew proof and bacteria proof. Deodorizing and sanitizing of the interior is now a breeze, as cat urine or spray from a male cat will not soak into the Scratch Guard™ material.
In the box: Gen 4 floor insulation disk and specialized foam, wall insulation wrapper, top insulation disk and the "H" channel for securing the insulation together.

5 Replacement of Kitty Tube guts

Everything fit perfectly! This was purchased for a 4 or 5 year old Kitty Tube that my 6 kittens decided to see if they could completely destroy the insulation. They could! But the new package fit perfectly and hopefully the babies have learned a lesson! This is the best, most durable shelter I have ever purchased.

The original insulation in my kitty tube house got wet somehow so I ordered a replacement insulation package. I replaced the old with the new and put straw in it. The very next day my feral cat was using it. Happy kitty make happy me ??

5 Cozy & warm

I've had two tubes for my small fixed feral colony for about 9 years (and one I ordered about the same time for my parents indoor/outdoor cat across the map in a much colder climate.) While I'm located in a mostly warm climate there are a handful of months where it could dip down into the 30s overnight. The foam had deteriorated in both tubes over time and I decided to order the replacement (first for 1 to see how it works, then for the other after testing.) The replacement fits the tube well and my fluffy feral fella loves his fresh cozy digs. Thanks Kitty Tube!

5 foam insulation for kitty tube

I purchased this insulation to replace foam that was used last winter by "Rodney", a 3-legged racoon that stayed in one of our kitty tubes. Since his racoon scent (& urine) was in the tube, I am replacing the liner so that another animal will feel safe using the kitty tube as a shelter when the weather gets bad. This kitty tube is at least 5 years old & is still as good as new!

5 Gen 4 Kitty Tube Replacement Scratch Guard

Had to replace the "innards", scratch guard, as it had been marked by cat spray. Was extremely pleased that all the parts were included. Was easy to reinstall and it now stands ready to be used when the cold weather arrives. Customer service was great, also, when I first called about my predicament. Thank you so much!!

5 Replacement insulation and foam bottom piece

I bought my Gen 3 Kitty Tube in 2016. This is my first all around replacement for all of the insulation. This insulation really can and does at times take a beating and I must say it holds up like it's brand new. The Gen 4 replacement insulation fits perfectly in my Gen 3 Kitty Tube. A fantastic product indeed. Highly recommend.
