The Kitty Tube Double Insulation Option with Scratch Guard™

Upgrade your new or existing Kitty Tube!

The Kitty Tube double insulation option will double the insulation value of the Kitty Tube. Installation is easy and it will fit all previous model Kitty Tubes that have a “Kitty Tube” logo on the side. This accessory is perfect for 1-2 cats, as it creates a smaller space to keep your cats warmer in the winter.

NOTE: This option is an ADD-ON to the already insulated Kitty Tube

All interior surfaces of the Double Insulation Liner have a Scratch Guard™ interior.
Can be ordered alone or pre-installed with a new Kitty Tube purchase. (Discount pricing applies with purchase of a new Kitty Tube.)
This assembly doubles the insulation value of the Kitty Tube.
The double insulation option also creates an important secondary insulated air space between the ceiling and the outer lid.
After installation, the same custom pet pillow, straw or pet heating pad will fit as normal.

Pictures are for illustration purposes. Product DOES NOT include the Kitty Tube shell or standard layer of insulation. The double insulation option MUST be used in conjunction with the main insulation and cannot be used to replace the original insulation.

In the box: 1- wrapper for the walls, 1- interior top disc, 1- T channel to secure the insulation together.

Double insulation

The Kitty Tube company is the BEST! I checked the wrong box and didn't get the double insulation in my original shipment and they were SO accommodating in shipping it separately and honoring the reduced price. Fantastic company and product. Although I am an Amazon Prime member, I decided to order directly from the company. SO glad I did.

My semi-feral kitty is warm, comfy and happy

A very sweet feral kitty has decided to hang out on my deck. Ok, it's because I've been feeding her. We've had her TNR'ed and we are taking the best care of her that we can. I have the Gen 3 Kitty Tube and, in preparation for Winter here in the Northeast, I've gotten the double insulation option. It's easy to install and she's happy and comfy in her home. My only complaint would be that it's a bit costly but it's a good product and I'm a lot less worried about how kitty will fare in the Winter.

We have five kitty tubes for our outdoor cats. In the winter we use the double insulation and it works great. This is a great outdoor homes and the cats love them.

I don't think that I reviewed the Kitty Tube Generation 3 before. Later, I ordered the extra insulation. I am so thankful that I was able to find your website. The Kitty Tube is just wonderful! The cat who was dumped off and adopted our home will be safe and warm this winter. I also ordered the heating pad which will be used when it turns really cold. Thanks for a great product!

Keeping my kitty warm and happy

The Kitty Tube has been wonderful in our winter weather. We have the heater mat and the original insulation, but I found that when the temps are in the 20s, kitty's back has been cold when he comes out of the tube. So I added the extra insulation a few days ago. The weather has not been as cold now, but I can already feel the difference when I put my hand inside. Thank you for a great product.
