This was a great upgrade for an already superior product. So easy to install once I figured out to turn kitty tube upside down (gives you extra leverage). Works great to keep water out and shipping was so fast. This company is awesome!!!!!My only regret was not asking for the pillow when I ordered the kitty tube.

Was happy to hear that this was available. It will keep the "feral" cats we take care of even more comfortable. They were seen coming out of their tubes just days after the installation-- not afraid of the change. Great idea!

mr. boobers is a stray that I have adopted and has been with me now for 3 years. I searched for a house when winter began years ago and came across kitty tube. it is a wonderful product. it keeps him warm and dry in the winter. It is discreet outside so it doesn't draw attention. I know it has saved his life. I have bought 3 homes so far for myself, friend, and family. they are excellent at customer service. I recently bought awning and it was lost in mail. I immediately got a response and problem was rectified hassle free. their products are made in usa. the awning is a perfect addition to protect water from coming into the entrance way. if you know/have a cat outdoors and want to show some kindness and care consider getting a kitty tube/products to keep your cat cozy from the cold wind, rain, and snow.

Very well made like the Kitty Tube, this awning accessory looks like it will be so helpful in bad weather and help keep the rain etc. out. I always felt the Tube should have something like this so I am thrilled that this will help keep the inside snug and dry!

I ordered the awning as soon as I got notified about it. It is WAY better than the duct-tape-and-milk-jug one I had fashioned that kept falling off. My hand strength is not that great, so I tapped it in lightly with a hammer, which worked fine. I can't have the kitty tube for my feral too close to my house because of my domesticated cats, so the awning ensures that the tube's open location will not pose a problem with rain and snow getting in the door. I have yet to test it, but it looks like it should do the trick!

The awning is designed well, made well, and easy to install so I give it 5 stars. However, my cat is defective. When he saw the awning on his kitty tube he refused to go near it. He is past warranty so cannot be exchanged. I give him one star.
